Facebook acquires Oculus for $2BN
Saw a article about this on ign, facebook wants to be like amazon. They want to own everything and anything :)
We were in talks about maybe bringing a version of Minecraft to Oculus. I just cancelled that deal. Facebook creeps me out.
Indeed.
Indeed.
VR, it's like real life. Now, with real adds, tailord to YOUR needs.
Suddenly I don't want an Oculus Rift anymore. Oh well.
That is just too fucking depressing for words.
Well, I'm withholding belief until the 2nd or so, because sometimes people do longer running pranks that start a bit early. Experience dictates that the entire last week of March should be approached with a salt shaker in hand. A salt shaker whose cap and contents you've personally verified, for that matter.
Sam: That video sums up my feelings on this pretty well.

Facebook needs to buy other things because it won't be worth anything in another year or two.
