I, too, was questioning why everybody had a camera. After about 5 minutes it was clear that a camera really needs to be standard equipment there.

I think my favorite is at around 12:00, when the guy just lies down on the car. I thought it would be a mugging or something at first.

In Russia and the Ukraine, car insurance companies require a dash cam for coverage.

This really makes me not want to ever visit this country.
