It doesn't embed the image. It probably capitalizes and uses punctuation as well. But you can embed the image by using the "img" and "/img" tags in square brackets.

Potter Puppet Pals is clever... but I would argue that by far the best thing to come from the HP books or movies is the books. Especially the last three, but all seven are brilliant. The third, fifth and sixth movies were great, too; the first two are horrible.
