It's worse than you think. Not only is our water increasingly contaminated, but we are wasting what "safe" water we have (and even that contains DHMO, there's no such thing as truly safe water any more) by tossing water bottles into landfills, with an average of an ounce of water still in them. At some point, all our "safe" water will be sequestered in landfills.

The Bonsai Kittens thing got me when I saw it a couple of months ago, I spent an hour googling the topic before I found out it's a hoax.

A colleague shared an even more disturbing rumor: according to him, Russian mafia guys like to have human pillows. They'd buy/abduct a woman from a distant village, amputate her arms and legs and use her as a cushion and/or a sex toy. People make up weird stuff, the problem is others believe it.
