Damn. There are single-family houses in Milwaukee that sell for more than that. You might be able to get a 1-bedroom in SOHO for that, as well.

A friend of mine went to Detroit recently, and he said it reminded him of Baghdad a couple of years after the "cessation of hostilities." (He'd been there, too.)

Yep. My house in the SF Bay Area would go for that, and my place is only about 1800 square feet. It's madness that the stadium would go for so little, and my house for so much.

LNH, then can we move in and become the "Pirate Overlords of the Silverdome?"

You could house millions of homeless people in that thing.

You could house millions of homeless people on the streets of New York, and they'd experience better living conditions. Funny thing is, we already do.

San Francisco is even better because it's warmer, as many homeless have already discovered.

Ahh, Philadelphia, city of brotherly love. (I LOVE this? What is it? "Diced vagrant, sauteed in red sauce")

Obama should round up all the homeless and let the taxpayers of the City of San Fransisco take care of them. Awesome idea.
