Interesting. They'll have a high throughput, because the Schoolgirl won't be able to play the role convincingly for very long (she's already graduated, apparently), the Lolita will develop, and the Gyaru (I don't know, maybe 'bimbo' would be an appropriate TL, or, even better 'cheerleader') will grow up and wear a business outfit as an OL.

That said, I'm not at all opposed to Japan trying to be honest and showing their pop culture (which is very much part of the country's identity, especially since there are now nominal grown-ups who witnessed the changes as a child) to the rest of the world. I do hope that they do not neglect the rest of the diplomatic business, which is (or so I hear) very serious indeed.
