It's still awesome.

I don't often watch the show, but that seems pretty accurate (though very open at the end) and very funny. My favorite part was "Patient poops a lung!"

Although, any show can be summarized like this, and perhaps the fact that this general summary is so long means the show isn't as badly predictable as some others?
