Anyone ever notice this?!?
Is that how you get to the super secret Dev sector?
Wait, is that how you win the game?

Well, at those scales, the ship is much bigger than it would be compared to the station. Ergo, it is closer to the viewer and thus is probably turbo-ing past the station. ie - will pass between viewer and station.

It's just moving towards a holding pattern before docking -- I hear that station has a big sale on tequila this time of year.
jackscream? I thought we got rid of that loser ages ago.
Sorry to disappoint Lecter, been here all along. Thanks for remembering me though.
leebs, you really need to lay off the sauce.
Who is this Brandon guy?
Actually, what is a little-known and only recently declassified fact:
In initial flight tests of the Prometheus-class, Serco engineers were convinced that the super-armored ship might be able to attain a velocity high enough to hit a station and cause one of two things:
1: Damage to the station that results in critical depressurization.
2: Knocking of the station from stable orbit, causing it to fall into any nearby stellar event, destroying the station.
To test this theory, several Prometheus-X (Prometheus Experimental) were sent on missions against Itani research outposts. These missions were photographed and filmed by the Serco SkyCommand researcher's involved in production.
It was quickly determined that the Prometheus, despite her armor and combat systems, would not have sufficient mass to push a station from orbit, and that the damage caused by the ramming of the station was not sufficient to cause depressurization. The program was abandoned shortly thereafter in favor of the current Bomber-variants of the Prometheus.

No no, keep sending them. The Itanis get scared when they hear clangs from the outside! Terrorism at its worst.
Hah! The Itani's get scared when someone drops a writing instrument on the floor.
Bunch of cowards. As far as terrorism goes, nothing says terrorism like a nuclear attack on civilians. Wonder who did that? Oh wait. The Itani did.
