The miner depicted in the photo IS Ecka. Can't you recognize the landing gear and lower aft hull of his Centaur MkIII?

Well then where is the pick-axe and shiny tin hat?

and wheres his ancient cat?

He's wearing the shiny hat, actually.

And he's peeking into the cargo bay, where his cat hid the pickaxe. Simple as that! :)
