I reread the bit in the book about the horcruxes. I thought that the event in question just had to occur, but now I recall that one has to actually cause the event to occur. Since it implies intent, one can assume an infant would be unable even on a technicality like a backfire.

Right FM it does imply intent and also a spell to get it to work. Harry could not have done it as an infant and I doubt AD would have done it as an adult.

Maybe we can stop the hex and rot13 now. Its been awhile since the book came out. Anyone who was going to read it should have by now. What do you guys think?

I think it's been long enough. Besides, anyone who hasn't read the book but has waded through 4 pages of encoded text automatically gives up the right to complain about spoliers.
