The Dark Room
It hurts my eyes. I gave up about 1 minute in.
ive no idea even what to do, or what the goal is.
bout 15 minutes... no joke.
the catch is, it was by accident, I just thought it was perty :)
then all of a sudden there was this new dot so I clcked on it and cool blue shimmering diamonds were everywhere.
anyway cool site rogue...

Am I the only one getting like 3 FPS for this game? Maybe I have too many windows open. Damn Safari...
Oh yeah, and I didn't get it either. Seems like you need to find the right succession of buttons to push in the room to get out or something. Reminded me of the movie The Cube, except without all the death and dying. Pretty freaky...

Wait until you get to the green room. That one took FOREVER. The object of the colored rooms is basically to light each room up. The problem with the green room is that all the walls are reflective and you can't have any overlapping lights. :P
@maj_armstrong: The cool blue diamonds is only one of the puzzles. There's 7: Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple, Orange, White.
@Arolte: I'm getting decent FPS, but I'm using Opera under Linux (with many windows & tabs open). One thing you might want to try is lowering the quality and/or size.
My tip, take a paper, and draw a map of any of the puzzles you're having trouble with. The blue, red, and yellow puzzles I found easy enough, as was purple, orange was fairly simple once I figured out what the objective was (but that was kinda tricky), green was by far the most difficult, and white was fairly easy once I noticed something.
I'm #7 in the Hall of Fame currently, but I didn't think I had finished it all that fast. Who's going to beat me? ;-)
[edit]
Ah, the Hall of Fame isn't ranked... my second time through was much faster, but is listed lower than my first time.

Just out of curiosity, does it look to you all like you're inside or outside the cube? To me it looks like I'm outside the cube, the name "The Dark Room" makes me think it's supposed to be inside a room.

#82. >_>
Advice- move your mouse across each of the walls if you cant see any buttons, or if the buttons seem ineffective. Red is VERY simple once you realise what it's supposed to represent. Orange is near impossible without pen and paper. Yellow is well easy. Green is tricky, but not as tricky as people are making out >_> Blue is easy once you find where to start. Purple is a bit like a cross between red/orange, but more annoying (especially with a touchpad)
White is easy if you notice what happens when you solve a puzzle :P

Yeah, purple and orange sucked. I had to use a hint to figure out red, though. White was really easy...
I didn't use a single hint :D
ARG!
