Lin, you and I need to get together and daw up a couple of quick guidelines for applicants.
Since we are a CtC guild and that means PvP, I Personally dont think we should admit anyone to the guild that isnt high enough level to give a combat bonus instead of a combat penalty when they die.

If i recall correctly, the new recruits have to take part in CTC and make a difference, the general rule would be...
Both Serco, and UIT players will be considered.
Depending on the amount of Serco players taking part/UIT deliveries total.
We would expect to see the wanting recruit in the top 5 NONE guild members for each nation. (this excludes UIT itani players for obvious reasons) for at least 1 week.
Also there are some players accepted because we know they are good, but yes, we are considering recruting again.

I think that one policy that we're going to use is if you're in the top 5 Serco CtC, you'll probably be approached. Otherwise I'm thinking you'll need to be recommended by a guildmember after we get to observe you participate in CtC.

i think it would be kinda hard to be in the top 5 for serco ctc since those positions are typically occupied by current SAF members... :)
Great job this week guys! eventhough it looks like we lost this week, you guys have busted your butts trying to make up for the itani surplus. i am sorry i couldn't make it on enough this week to occupy the sixth position on the board.... that should change this week.

Top 5 non-SAF Serco. If a UIT wants to join, he should probably have to do the equivalent of a top 5 non-SAF Serco (meaning he'd be one of the top UIT Serco-aligned participants).
They then must contact the SAF Captain Lin, or Lieutenant Spellcast to get an invite.
I think if a player is somewhat newer and lower on the CtC list, they can either wait a week and try to get high on the list, or undergo some sort of training and testing to be decided by the guild. The training and testing bit has NOT been officially endorsed by the guild and is just an idea that I'm throwing out for future consideration.
