could somebody tell me how did i win points without killing anyone?
is there something like "increase your points being friend of other nations" or "dont kill other nations and win some nations points"?

No, to accumulate a Score you must either PK a player of an opposing nation -or- kill a Guardian bot (i bleieve) that has a Bounty greater than zero

would this be a bug that the thread below this (when i replyed) was the same as this 1? or did this guy make 2 threads because he dint like the title of the thread?

Anything with a bounty that you kill adds to your score.
