I've just got a little bone to pick here..

I don't really agree with the way you guys are going about expressing your displeasure over some of our member's actions. To me, it seems a bit extreme. I mean, yeah, even I'll admit that sometimes rules are broken, things happen, and grudges are created, often as a result of our stubborness, ego, or plain stupidity. How's this any different than anyone else though? I didnt see a large organized force opposing the -SM- guild, even though their charter was "To pirate, cause overall mayhem, etc"

Things in the "INM" thread have gotten a bit dicey, and I've actually started arguing with some of my ingame friends, over stupid, pointless garbage. It sounds to me like we're all using this as an excuse to practice destructive roleplaying, where everyone gets pissed, calls each other names, and bashes the living shit out of each other. There has even been accusations of using exploited funds to fund the fighting. Is this really neccisary?

I'm proposing a cease-fire between the INM and SAW, until we can work our differences out. I don't think it'll be perfect, but I'll tell you one thing, I don't like fighting with people over some pointless debate. Hopefully there's enough people on both sides that feel the same way. Thoughts?

agreed this war is getting rather old. If the SAW agree to a cease fire i will sign my name and as will the rest of the INC.

Having been extremely busy in the real world, I haven't experienced much of the war. But I do know that all that war is good for is stimulating production (vis a vis the recent INTD activity spike). And we've got plenty of production. So let's go have some peace.

I doubt any of them would admit to being SAW, alienb... also, does that count for all of INM? Including you council?

Piro: We already have a pretty good idea who all the SAW people are, and I doubt it'd make a difference. As Silent said, it would count for the entire INM. However, you're a third party here, please refrain from posting...

For the last time, the SM is a nice guild now.. What is the SAW?... I've had limited play time during the day due to the installation of Web Sense at work. Quite annoying.

After the major defeat of the Serco Attack Wing today, we are no longer honoring the offered cease-fire.

Same applies to NTs and Sercos who join an INM/SAW battel unprovoked and unannounced. If you want to fight on one side, say so and once the hostilities are over everybody is friends again. If you just sneak up on people and abuse the innocent-until-proven-hostile rule of the INM, at least I will be extremly hostile whenever I see you.

I would know, alienb, because I don't run into every situation like a fool.

Lets keep personal remarks out of this or I start deleting. Take it to another board if you must. Those of you who are prone to complaining about the community should take a close look at the behavior here.
