Hostile action? I was protecting a peaceful Gold Trader. He was in the process of picking up cargo in 13 when confederate valkrie took it upon himself to blow him up and steal the cargo. I simply responded the the call for help, unsuccessfully may I even add. If this is the nature of the confederation, whatever that is, then attack all you want. The SM will not initiate a "kill on sight" policy, but we will defend ourselves.

The Confederation has no plans of extending its dominion inside of Sector 12 or 2. Granted, there will be no "offenders inside Serco Dominion Space."

Black 1, every single report you have received has been hearsay. I have destroyed a total of 3 ships for refusing to submit to cargo inspection. That hardly constitutes griefing or pirating. I attacked one NT pilot for killing an Itani Confederation EC88, and yes, I kept the cargo. I hardly that deserves the "pirating" and "griefing" medals.

Well, consider it now over with. The SDF and the Feds have agreed to suspend hostility with each other as long as the Feds stop forcibly cargo scanning Serco Dominion Craft. SDF craft aren't scanned either.

As for alien taking on the entire SDF singlehandeldly and winnign. Well, I'll give oyu this, maybe take three of us with you. However, we would ultimately destroy your craft before you destroyed all of ours.

First and foremost, SM = Space Monkey. Flea left the guild, so no name change.

I was fighting Phoenix, AgY, and Rebel Manta in Sector 13. -SM- 0wn3d shows up and attacks me without provocation. I died, and later on, Phoenix died and AgY logged. I later chanced on -SM- 0wn3d and killed him several times, in retribution for both his aiding Phoenix and his unprovoked attack. When pressed on the subject, he declared loyalty to Phoenix. I attacked and destroyed him until he spaced himself in 11, and then issued trying to get to 18. Throughout there was intense and violent profanity on his part, claiming that I was the type of person who "goes to internet chat rooms and rapes girls." Verbal abuse aside, here's the issue: Confederation vessels will continue to target, attack, and destroy all SM vessels until the Space Monkey guild agrees to 1) revoke allegiance to the Serco Phoenix, 2) Not attack Confederate vessels without provocation, and 3) Pay Confederate Valkyrie the 48,000 c he lost due to 0wn3d's actions. These terms are nonnegotiable--Take it or leave it. I will warn the -SM-, however, that I can easily cost them more than 48,000 credits should they choose to reject such an offer.

After the regrettable incident today regarding -SM- Own3d, the Sadistic guild and I have proposed that all NT pilots refuse to support the SM guild until such time as they eject -SM- Own3d from their guild.

SM Own3d was acting on his own. While the SM guild does not have any hostile relations with Phoenix, we have no current treaty with him either. Own3d has not responded to requests to report in. He is a rogue SM at the moment, and the guild will not support in until he checks in and explains his actions. When 01 left, he put flea in charge, when Flea left he put me in charge, i'm not sure SM own3d has accepted this chain of command at the moment. His position will be given away to anyone who wishes him dead.
The sadistic "family" will aid all other SM or any other NT member as long as they adhere to the sadistic code.
