Starship Defense takes place Mondays at 7 PM CST (Tue 0100 UTC) in Sedina D-2

- A friendly asteroid surveying cruiser has come under attack by hostile raiders
- Man turrets onboard the cruiser or screen enemies in a fighter
- The goal is to help the cruiser survive while destroying all enemies (hostile NPCs)
- You may enter and leave at your discretion, but must remain in sector for the event's duration to win credits and leaderboard ranks
- If you bring a fighter and the cruiser survives you will win 1 million credits (and 1 rank); if you bring a capital ship and the cruiser survives you will win 3 million credits (and 3 ranks)
- If you leave the sector and the cruiser survives, you will win 50% credits and no ranks
