Kilo Oscar Sierra only attacks pilots on the List™. Just ask one of our pilots via /msg to add someone to the List™, and we will attack them. There is zero cost to add a pilot to "The List™". Only the requester may remove a targeted pilot from "The List™". There is a 20 million credit removal fee. After 14 days a third party may pay to remove a listee for 30 million credits. Once removed, a pilot may not be added to the list for 45 days. Both the requester and the target are matter of public knowledge.
