I meant to run these earlier in the year, but RL got in the way of VO. I will run a final six Moth races in November and December.

Dates are:

November 10
November 17
November 24
December 1
December 8
December 15

All are scheduled at 23:00

Rules: 
1) Race is open to all behemoths. Racers must be piloting the ship (gunners do not count as a racer)

2) Race will start in empty sector in Ukari

3) The finish line is Edras G-11. Pilots just need to enter the sector to finish. 

4) Racers must be homed in a Ukari/Latos station (rehoming anywhere is NOT allowed and will result in a DNF) 

5) Racers must be in a group with a race official 

6) Racers may take any route they wish to get to the finish. 

7) Racers may die unlimited times

8) Racers taking longer than 40 minutes are disqualified(DNF). 

9) Racers may NOT dock (or be docked) with capital ships in grey space

1st: A samo
2nd: 1 mil credits
3rd: 500k credits

Top two finishing racers (of each race) qualify to race in the Vet week Champions Race.

Since Knauf had a family emergency, I hosted the November 10th Moth race;

3) VeXeD & Galactica Actual

I made an oopsie and thought people had to dock, and declared that before the race began, so was thoroughly confused as I declared VeXeD the 3rd place winner when GA just sat outside the station...
since I declared beforehand, it wouldnt have been right to say VeXeD didnt win, so I put them both in third.

I recorded the race, and will someday get around to editing it together to help promote Knauf's races 😉

The reason for the not having to dock is this: Not everyone in the galaxy can dock at Non-corvus stations.

First time i ran this, i was going to let it go for an hour, but I decided to 'press the issue' by making it 40 minutes. Most racers finish quite quickly due to vector shortcuts.

Not necessarily. It depends on how many aggressors are in the area. The slow poke can win this race depending on circumstances.

GA didnt dock so I killed him to make him last (which was epic), I docked and changed ship so technically I had become a Race Blocker.. tbh I fought it was a poor show when he dropped into 12yo mode and then started getting players on purpose to wish him his 160yo birthday.
