You will not atttack reds,blues,golds. In sector 16 if you sign this, If it is some one trys to be mean(owning the frigate, attack non-hostiles), you can attack.
if someone is chasing someone into 16 DONT INTERFEAR!

I don't get this...

Wouldn't it make sense to kill the other players so your team can get the widgets? Oh wait, "fairness" is twisted to believe that you ought not to attack. "No Duh" you say. I'd like my team to profit the most, thank you. I will attack NT and Itani people in 16, like I do elsewhere, thank you, you may sign my name to the second list.

The community is falling apart anyway, however by killing people in 16 does not mean i will kill every enemy player there. However i WILL blast a guy that is being annoying or decides to come in after the frigate is dead to steal cargo.

The bounty of the frigate is meant to be shared among all, if somebody decides to come in after it is killed, that is fine. If somebody decides to hoard the cargo, I shall blast said individual to oblivion (or their homesector, whichever comes first).

Cargo belongs to those who killed the frigate, not those who come in after.

no, i wont attack newbies unless provoked, but even those who have training and go there should'nt think s16 to be a refuge, safe house where they are'nt attacked...that 'safe house' is their home sectors!
