Since Im not very familiar with mining in the serco or itani areas...
I am working on a database of roids to include with my prospector plugin.

Serco space: Rhamus and Geira Rutilus both have Heliocene

Itani Space: Jallik and Metana are quite rich if you know where to look.

I have a sector note file, "CD's guide to the Verse" that lists all the sectors for each rare ore in every system, plus a rather epic targetless data set. I could be coaxed into sharing...

My data set is somewhat different then targetless....
Im not looking to give out all the secrets of the universe....
just a few hints to the more heavily used areas.

I have a somewhat complete map of the gray areas, done with the prospector plugin, but as you are asking about nation space I guess you do too.

It really is amazing how much Denic is in Ukari for example! But in nation spaces, the systems I listed above are probably the best, you can find much of what the other systems have - except Pyronic - in Grey.
