Cargo Shop
As a quick test, I've opened a cargo shop in sector 10. It stocks all the cargos. I'm just using it to see if a player-owned shop can compete with an NPC one in the current economy. I'll probably prettify this post later, but I have some testing to do.

Can I help "gather" cargo? Kinda like being the guy who gets cars for a chop-shop, but different.... >.>

Do you mind if they're pirated or not? Isn't a widget just a widget? =D
Yeah, but they usually aren't worth as much if they're covered in blood...

I'll cover the Serco Traders in and out of there...I dont exactly like the location though, a fight inside that roid would quickly turn into a pileup, heavy traffic could cause bad explosions inside the roid killing more than one pilot. May I suggest moving to s9 or s13? More open stations and I'll talk to the Sercos about letting you use s13 as long as you promise no Caps will be based out of there and will allow constant Serco flights through with Armed Vults and Valks.

I smell a rat and I dont like that fact that any battle inside s10 asteroid or anywhere near it could turn into a massacre. SDF HICAPS and CAPs (High Altiude Combat Air Patrols and Combat Air Patrols) will run through s10 as much as I can get them to to prevent a major war from starting. SDF Escort Corps craft may run through system as well on CAPs with their Trader counter-part.

How do you have air patrols? There is no air in S10!
HICAP and CAP is United States Air Force (USAF) terms for their fighter patrols over hostile territory. The SDF uses many USAF and US Military terms simply for lack of making up new terms and the USAF terms are somewhat widely known.

The serco defense force has no jurisdiction over the patrol zones of sector 10, a war in sector ten is of no threat to their nation or their traders as long as they avoid it. A war in sector 10 will be of great concern to those of the neutral territories, so there equivalent of the military or SDF can take action.
Except teh SDF will enforce Cease-Fires there as to protect ALL traders, a multinational peace force there would be fine by me, I would love it more than having regular SDF patrols only.
As of right now, the SDF is protecting all traders, a multi-national force though would greatly improve said policing as the SDF can only yell at Serco Pirates in system and call another nation to come in and eliminate the pirate.
I would be interested to work with an IN-SAS representative to better protect traders moving through s10 to various destinations. Anyone, from any nation who wishes to help with the Trader Protection Fleet, please post here, or contact me in game.

PS: I also wish to make quite clear that the SDF will view any Pirate attacking Traders in s10 or other sectors as a KoS target for all Serconian craft and will advise the other nation the player is not part of (Or NT and Itani if said pirate is Serco) to eliminate the player onsight to "make an example of them".
