Golden rule: Everything said on the guild frequency stays within the guild.
Public Channel 100 and Sector Chats:
You represent the image and independence of USDS. Maintain calm, composure, and sportsmanship at all times.
Avoid getting involved in arguments or political dramas on channels, forums, or private messages. Your response to aggression or provocation should always be curt, diplomatic, and without engaging in pointless arguments.
General Channel 1 (Newbie Help) and Channel 113 (Hispanic Community):
Use these channels to guide new pilots, direct Spanish speakers to Channel 113 (/j 113), or initiate contact with potential candidates.
Recruitment Policy & Private Messages (/msg "Pilot" / DMs):
Recruitment is conducted strictly through simple, personal interviews via direct message (/msg) or controlled interaction on Channel 113. Mass inviting or recruiting without prior screening is prohibited from now on. DMs should also be used for individual coordination or sensitive topics.
