It is time to announce that the TOP KILLER OF THE GUILD OF FREE TRADERS competition will begin immediately after the end of their weekly guild meeting, (2018/02/11). This TOP OFFENDER OF FREE TRADE competition will end on the following Saturday, (2018/02/17) at 18:00 GMT. (See: /time in game for GMT time).

To enter the TOP OFFENDER OF FREE TRADE competition, please post here your intentions to do so below this post at any time prior to the end of the competition, (but the sooner the better). At the end of the competition post your PK’s, (in the time which was allotted for the competition) here as well. If you know a guildmate who is interested in this competition, but that person is FORUM CHALLENGED, have them tell -wash- in game they wish to enter, and I will post their intentions for them.

We will pay the pilot with the most TGFT pks 20 mil.
We will pay the pilot with the 2nd most TGFT pks 10 mil.
We will pay the pilot with the 3rd most TGFT pks 2 mil.
We will pay the pilot with the most most pks of a single TGFT pilot 10 mil credits.

We will pay the pilot with the most TGFT cap ship kills 20 mil credits.

Door prize: 1 lenb for every participant who posts a /time stamped screenshot

Contestants will be on the honor system because there is no way to verify the results.

You will be responsible for tracking your own progress in this event, so do keep up with it. Make sure to /dump your your kill logs each day (while typing /time to date stamp the screenshot) and upload the results to this thread.

There was a question posed to me:

"What if the capship is /exploded or is killed by an NPC while we are killing it"

If a single pilot does not get the kill (due to those issues), the kill goes to the group at rate of 0.5 a capship kill per player.

Example: Say Pirate A killed Boanerges's Trident in SOL II today, Pirate A gets 1 Capship Kill. But Pirate B,C, and D were trying to kill Galactica Actual's goliath in Jallik, and he /exploded it instead to deny a PK. Pirate B, C, and D now have 0.5 capship kill a piece. So the rank board would be:

1) Pirate A | 1 CK
2) Pirate B | 0.5 CK
2) Pirate C | 0.5 CK
2) Pirate D | 0.5 CK

This should go without saying but, game on!

Blazz, you didn't count right. We are offering 31 mil in prizes total. And they can stack. That is way more than TGFT's PK contest that is going on this week (only open to TGFT members). TGFT's contest is only offering 20 mil credits total. If you wish, you can add some credits to the pot. :-)

If the organisers want to make this a weekly or bi-weekly event/competition, I'll chip in a million credits to most TGFT kills during that duration.
