My fellow citizens! For far too long the so called neutral traders of the universe have floated an idea that they are the “good guys”. They do not realize that the “good guys” would never force ultimatums on the rest of the galaxy. Ultimatums such as “give us keys to the manu stations, or we will take them by force”. These so called neutral traders refuse to even pay for keys, even though they know how much time, effort, and credits goes into the defense of stations.

Actions speak louder than words, and the traders of the galaxy have shown us that they are yelling at the top of their lungs. They are yelling that they are the true villains of the galaxy. Their greed knows no ends, their deceit knows no limits and their villainy is unparalleled.

On this day (January 23, 4446) I declare that Project Archangel has begun. Soon, on channel 414, spotter bots will publicly announce trader positions. We invite everyone to add spotters to the network. This will be a crowd sourced project. Just download the enterleave plugin from voupr and modify to point to channel 414.

Due to Electronic warfare issues, we started sending our spots for players leaving a sector to channel 415. This should reduce the spam by half
