I dont know, is it right topic or no, but...
Trading and Couriering Services (TCS) recruiting fighters and traders, or any people. We need 7 more people to form it, i hope that you help us :P

And last question. My guild doesnt appears there. Is it should be fully formed to show up?

If a guild isnt fully formed, it wont appear in the guild listings, no. You need 10 subbed members; i suggest getting the people organised beforehand, too, instead of repeatedly trying to create a guild until your able to form it.

As for the topic you linked, thats for modifying your guild page after creation.
