Phase I: Brand Legitimization

In order to establish the relevancy of the Office of Strategic Services we have begun Commercialization of the Pelatus System. This multi-domain market presented a favorable atmosphere for Commercialization and the acquisition of security holdings. Over the last two weeks a marketing team was established including myself(H.Hornblower), a field operator(adepts.sororitas), and a field agent(ProStarPlus).

Our field operator adepts.sororitas has a background in hive skirmishes as a procurer of Prosus Neural Nodules. He is the Pelatus Branch manager and maintains operational control over all our activities in that system. Our field agent ProStarPlus is one of six UIT Fleet Academy graduates that are on special assignment with the Office of Strategic Services.

I oversaw implementation of a new concept in the acquisition of securities holdings. After timing and synchronization corrections, our three pilot team perfected a reproducible approach to securities in a multi-domain market. Sustained operations over the next six weeks should produce favorable results, allowing for adjustment to prevailing market patterns. Once Commercialization of the Pelatus Branch is completed, a brand legitimacy will be established for the Office of Strategic Services. We will have a demonstrated a sustained ability to maintain coverage for security holdings in a multi-domain market.
