1) Turn off 100. The game is better with it off. I've had it off for years, it's why I'm so happy when all you guys are always angry. Always being angry is bad for your health. "Live to be 100 without 100!"

2) If you want to be neutral, don't have a standing of 'hated' by my nation. If my nation hates you, my guild members may shoot at you if they wish regardless of your guild tag.
