Of course, mind the pirates, and the mines! Players are encouraged to trap areas to slow opponent progress.

Speaking of rules:

1) All ships are allowed, except from the greyhound.
2)storm avoidance tech is allowed, but that doesn't mean it's quicker! How that goes depends on the night.
3)Only weapons with a finite ammo (i.e. can run out of ammo) allowed. This includes missiles, torpedoes, rails, mines,etc....

And the bonus rule - should nobody make it within 45 mins- 1 hour due to pirates, the pirates will win the cash instead. Since the pirates aren't racing, they may use blasters.

As the host, "bill gates" has put 10,000,000cr into a prize fund. Feel free to add more, and happy flying pilots!

its the event participation tracker I have been using with TeamDX. pilots who hit their 5th and every 10th karma point get 1 million credits. nearly any event can qualify - its ultimately up to me, and my current rules to that are "as long as its more than just a gathering, then it counts" and "It should use the event submission on the forums website".

I have a suggestion for the rules. Perhaps instead of banning the greyhound because it's infiniturbo and fast, ban all infiniturbo ships across the board. Right now my first pick for this is the TPG Atlas Type X because it's almost as fast and still has infiniturbo.
