you were the one listed as host under the event submission, news post, and you were the one to post the announcement on RP. Pay him and just not host an event next time if you are going to do this. If you are going to host an event, no singling out individuals for special treatment, positive or negative.

I don't plan on funding anymore events.

Blaqk, the moment you put your name as host on the event itself you signed up for this. You said specifically there was a prize pot for 500+ Million, and at least you did pay some eventually. But you can't just dodge one guy cus you don't like him. That's scamming, and two wrongs don't make a right, so pay him back. Then, if you want to, shoot him in the face. That should sort out both parties.
