Im wonderijg if it is related to a CtC thing that BigNasty(?) Told me about. Suppose your an itani at B8 while the serco CtC pops through - normally they chase you. However, if you are beyond radar distance, supposedly they just sit in their little area, and as more serco CtC bots appear, the pile keeps growing bigger and bigger.

If a hated/KOS person was far enough away, would the SF grow like this?

@Luxen You only caught half of it - it was similar in N2. About 220 SF between the two sectors, most just circling the station waiting for Knauf.
