Yalls need to chill about the netcode manipulation hackusations... the game's netcode was written in 1999~2002 and was concerned with extremely low bandwidth connections.

It's without a doubt possible to manipulate but there's nothing that can be done about it so be a fair sport play the game and quit whining. (unless the devs are adamant about opening the can of worms that is opening up the game engine for fixing which is a can of antiquated, technically difficult worms)

I did /ping in these records. As you can see the issue is not on my end, but I do enjoy the hackusations without any biases in reality, speaks volumes about noobs like yourself.

@Mi5 aka nooblet. Ping does not determine lag. Ping tells you the time it takes your packet to get to the server. It does not tell you how many packets were lost or delayed thus resulting in lag. Class is now over, go outside and strafe some more bullets in real life, we'll recommend you for the next Matrix live action musical.
