Here are a list of things [ONE] was called after a battle in B8 where we defending ourselves.
1) youre griefing.
2) worse than ratting.
3) you griefed me.
4) youre bored a**holes who grief and camp the nation u r nationalist of.
The game is called Vendetta Online, not White Light Knights of the Holy Field Farm Simulator.
Get with the times. Also, the explanation please. Because when i started playing this game, It was explained to me that there are no griefers in this game.

ONE are griefers!
They kill me causing me to buy new ships.
When I try to kill them I lose ..it's not fair.
They kill pirates who would gladly take my money
They shoot me if I try to take their Conq station. Which everyone should be able to use because that's how you build the end game ship.
They think just because they are good they can shoot me for doing things against their guild. Griefers.

Also that page says "Space sims like Eve Online and Elite: Dangerous have incorporated activities typically considered griefing as part of the gameplay mechanism. Corporate spying, theft, scams, gate-camping, and PVP on non-PVP players are all part of their gaming experience."
I would place VO in that same category, and say that what you all think is griefing is actually part of the VO gaming experience. Thus is it is not griefing.
So since this is the case, can we all shut up and go back to shooting each other?

I would agree with you that griefing is part of gameplay. I would disagree that, as a result of that inclusion, it becomes neutralized from a moral standpoint.
Wringing your hands and crying that you are being demonized for being assholes in a game that allows for being an asshole does nothing but show how much more of an asshole you collectively are.
Rather, you should accept, with pride even, that what you do is in fact griefing. You should not care what others think of your behavior (i.e. by writing whiny threads like this) because indeed the rules of the game DO justify your behavior; and, likewise, it justifies the response you get back from players you grief.
So, to be clear, nobody is saying what you are doing is not allowed. I would argue, much like the case with SKV, that biggest problem people have with ONE is that you are not what you say you are. You wear the uniform of nationalists but you shoot your own nation members in the back with extreme prejudice.
