This means that all members and even nonmembers can invite new pilots to the guild. But always remember that being part of [TRI] is a privilege and honor. Losing this privilege can be as easy as gaining it if one doesn't understand what we are about.

At the end of the day we just want all of our members to be successful and have a good time providing servies to the rest of the 'verse. We aren't the guild that's looking to screw over everyone. We have ethics. We value fairness, civility, and honor above all else. This is the [TRI] way.

The Union of Independent Territories Senate Committee on Commercialization and Securities hereby issues the following PROCLAMATION:

WHEREAS the Union of Independent Territories is a crossroads for all manner of trade, traffic, and commerce between and for the Serco Dominion, the Itani Nation, and factions of grey space;

WHEREAS there exists no infrastructure to preserve, protect, and promote Commercialization and Securities within and without the various UIT systems, sectors, and factions;

It is RESOLVED that the Office of Strategic Services be created to preserve, protect, and promote the Commercialization and Securities within and without the various UIT systems, sectors, and factions, and multi-domain markets.

It is RESOLVED that H.Hornblower be appointed Magistrate of the Office of Strategic Services and that he be empowered to appoint the officers and operators of the OSS.

It is RESOLVED that channel 311 be assigned the call sign Sheriffs Net and designated for the use of the OSS Magistrate and his officers to inform novice UIT pilots of services available to them.

It is RESOLVED that the OSS Magistrate and his officers be empowered to exploit multi-domain markets for the purpose of expanding UITs Commercialization and Securities holdings, within and without the various UIT systems, sectors, and factions.

heya whistler! as my guild failed a proper disband last year I was wondering if I can complete it as I was the person who kept asking you to update and the like.
