Well, as stated in the TG charter, we only didnt allow any non Serco merchants in because it would make things harder for both the guild and the player(s) in question. (that is the shorter version of what is actually in the charter). Due to the Red/Gold alliance, it is easier and more feasible now to allow any interested Gold merchants in due above mentioned alliance. All this is more or less explained in Bill C1 Amendment to Article 3 under the TG charter.

However:
Seeing as how there is quite possibly an interest from Itani merchants to join the TG, I will allow any interested merchant, from any nation to join TG. Itani, Neutral or Serco, your all welcome to join. Additionally, the TG charter will be amended to facilitate the changes.
