A recent archeological expedition to the mysterious s10 station reveals that it perhaps could have been the site of a council of neutral factions. Inside archeologists discovered an ancient data storage device with a possible history of our region of space. Work on the data has been slow but is progressing. A copy of the first page has been published for public perusal.

The document appears to be written in phonetic GTS although we have not checked it entirely for compliance to this standard, hopefully everyone can translate it. We would like more researchers and translators to help us uncover more of this document.
