That could be. I've never encountered that issue before and am unsure how that access is granted, though we could make an educated guess given your experience. I toggled the commander position to see if that will make a difference, but probably not. I would say open a ticket or just let me know what you want it to say. It seems reasonable to me that all alts on an account should be able to make changes as commander.

With these changes, I would like to add that TRI having "Trident Arms Syndicate" as the CO should NEVER be changed. And anytime the council count goes beneath the limit I would like to add these members to council to maintain the proper numbers, in the following order:
