TRI Neutrality
TRI leadership should go look at the ctc stats for last week
Then I'd like to know your guild policy.

LOL
I just looked at the CtC stats. I see no one from TRI listed. Please let me know who it was.
And to further comment on TRI's policy on CtC involvement:
After a TRI member is listed twice on the website for having competed in CtC, said member will be kicked. We give our members one warning because of the fact that CtC ships openly attack the opposite faction, and its easy to get frazzled and shoot back. After one experience, we expect our members to be prepared to run away from the CtC bots.
It is my guess that the offender that you were referring to was on his or her first strike since I haven't had this problem in quite some time. This offender will be warned upon educating me of their name.

Last week, not this week.
Thank you for stating your policy clearly.

Mind informing me of the player?
If they were on the list then their name was public anyways.

You just click the little arrows next to the part that says "Current nation stats" to go back to a previous week. Last week as of now is currently accessible here, but the way the CTC page works, you can't make permanent links to particular weeks; this link will always point to "the week before whatever the current week is" (e.g., next week the link will point to this week).
Anyway, I'm assuming the member being complained about is BUTTCAST69; classy guy, that one...

Yea, I never look at the CtC page, so thank for explaining how it works.
And yes, I can attest to his classiness. Don't let his name deceive you, he's a real cool guy. Heh. I can guarantee you that he won't do that again.
Also, for the record, I don't mind and even appreciate when someone brings a transgression committed by a member of TRI to our leadership's attention. I would say 99% of the time it is something that was a misunderstanding and easily resolved. It gives an opportunity for our members to have actual cases to refer to when looking for examples on how to behave in certain circumstances.
TRI has not yet mapped out every single thing that we allow and do not allow. We have always been a rather small group with no real need for such official stances, but I am starting to think that our growth has sparked a need for an official "TRI neutrality" definition and guideline. This way, not only would our members be given a completely fair warning of our policies before they are kicked for any transgression, but the rest of the community could hold TRI accountable for said transgressions.
Keep a weather eye out for an official TRI Neutrality document in the near future...

Do you consider yourself to be a neutrality expert, that can offer some advice on another way to deal with this?
