Wow, Wing0. Here I thought you were talking about Itani getting poor standing because they had to kill an enemy who had high standing. But no, you're talking about people who help the Itani's millenia-long mortal enemy.
You're a fucking idiot.
You're a fucking idiot.
That's pretty mean for idiots Rin.
Greenwall, let me sing you the song of your people:
Wah wahwah wah wah, wah wah wah, SKV, wah wah wah wahwah, SKV, wah wah wah!!!!
Waaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!
k, thx, bye
Wah wahwah wah wah, wah wah wah, SKV, wah wah wah wahwah, SKV, wah wah wah!!!!

My people don't speak the cry-based language native to the SKV guild.
As this thread has gone off topic, I will repeat my questions again:
1) How does Transport & Collector bots in Serco Capital System(Sol II) pose a danger to Serco players ?
(Capital Systems never have Ion Storms)
2) How does doing mining missions / trading between Stations in Serco space help the Serco ? If there is something in-Game called "Serco Economy" / "Itani Economy", where can we find information & statistics on these 'Economy' ?
@Inevitable
Yes, I RP
& Right now I am Playing the Role of 'investigator' of this SKV issue.

since completely unrelated people start talkin' here now i'll jump in on it.
i dont care if wing0 is new. this guy is smart enough to notice that this all is bullshittery.
of course it doesn't the benefit the serco or itani if you trade within their space as the whole economy system is not coded like that. its just a rp reason why itanis wanna shoot you.
another thing that doesn't matter is that your shooting of hive bots in the respective nation space has zero impact unless of course you destroy a leviathan.
if you just go around - shooting hive bots - they will respawn eventually. you can clear sectors for a few minutes but thats really it. they'll be back.
so about those few points this dude wing0 is right.

what about roleplayin' someone with a working brain?
Wing0, I am sorry. I can not converse on the same level of stupid as you can. You far outrank me on that.
Wing0 & MrAbsurd, congratulations, there is now 2 of you that managed to achieve the prestigious VO Ludicrous Level of Stupid Award .
You just need to find your Moe and you can form your own "The Three Stoogies Club".
k, thx, bye

When you've abandoned the substance of an argument and resort to insults, you may as well admit defeat.
This thread was started to discuss diplomatic relations (or lack thereof) between two guilds. Let's keep this civil.

I agree Phaser, please be so kind to ask wing0 to stop hijacking this thread for his trolling purposes then.
Gtf outta here Phaserlock we'really having serious discussions.
Here's an ELI5:
The point is Wing0, in the respect of RPing the game, destroying hive bots is a service to the nation who's space you kill them in.. You even get faction standing for that. Now if you have good enough standing to trade in your nations arch-nemesis space then you are a traitor and scum of the worst kind and deserved to be destroyed. And you ask how does trading help a nation? Well a station needs something from another station. You play delivery boy and they pay you. You just did a service to two stations in your enemies space. You gave one money so they can keep manufacturing or whatever it is that station does and you supplied another with whatever it is you bought. Performing services for a nation in which yours is at war with is treason. Soo SKV shoots you. Dishonorable chunt.

Faille Corvelle helping bojantrash insulting newbs? lolz
Wing0, you are failing to distinguish between roleplay and raw game mechanics. SKV are roleplaying members of the Itani military. This means that they're using a combination of imagination and logic to fill in the gaps that the game mechanics don't cover. So although the game itself does not yet implement any sort of consequence to the Serco for you doing missions for them and fighting their bots, SKV are pretending that those actions have helped the Serco -- and note that the game does at least try to reflect this in that it raises your Serco standing whenever you do things that should help the Serco, even if it doesn't actually do anything for them at the game mechanics level yet.
You don't have to roleplay. If you want to just treat the game as a collection of rules and play it that way, that's up to you. But don't try to pretend that those who do roleplay are just too stupid to understand the rules the game operates by. SKV understand the game's rules, and they are imposing their own personal rules on top of those -- that performing actions which raise your Serco standing equates to helping the Serco, and that helping the Serco makes you an enemy of the Itani.

Scout Report: SKV on TGFT Aggression
Foreword: presumably, SKV declared war on TGFT for placing one of their pilots on our KOS list. As a peaceful guild interested primarily in trading, our KOS list is maintained to warn fellow guild members of pilots that have demonstrated unprovoked aggression. It has since been predesignated as a Known Hostile List, reflecting our primary interest in delivering goods to market.
Captains Log
H.Hornblower
My first contact with SKV occurred in UIT nation space after my trading vessel was abruptly destroyed by an SKV pilot. Fair game given their declaration of war.
Several more of these hostile encounters, along with other events prompted me to leave TGFT so that I could trade unmolested. I was able to do so until while visiting a conquer able station I witnessed an SKV pilot probing TGFT defenses on public channel 444. For this mistake I was labeled a TGFT spy and became a target.
I could argue SKV's perverse definition of spy, criminal, or other mischaracterizations they frequently perpetuate. I could argue their devious tactics and methods: attacking in NO Fire Zones, suiciding into mines laid in direct response to SKV aggression. I will not. That is their game and as heinous and nefarious as it might be-I respect it. Begrudgingly.
What I cannot abide is their masquerading as Itanis. They are most decidedly not Itani-like; in fact they have more in common with the genocidal Sercos of days gone by. My proof is as follows:
Elion the Abbot of Eo flew out to meet thirty Serco Nighthawks in a lone transport to negotiate the release of peaceful Itani explorers.
He told them: "We are a peaceful folk, and desire only to communicate and share with other cultures to the benefit of all".
The Serco eventually destroyed his unarmed vessel and reignited the age old feud. This is the nature of SKV.

H.Hornblower, you seem to be missing significant portions of the backstory. There is Akanese, which is both Itani and violent towards anything that moves that has anything to do with Serco. I would believe that SKV see themselves as Akanese. This is a legit way of playing an Itani character.
H.Hornblower, your foreword is completely incorrect and does not reflect the actual chain of events.
I would suggest you read this whole thread from the beginning, as well as your TGFT council transcripts related to TGFT declaring the SKV guild KOS.
Furthermore, related to your log and your opinions expressed there, I have to remind you that a state of war exists between SKV and TGFT.
Channel 444 is not a public channel, it's a channel designated by TGFT for direct communication with them.
Anyone communicating with TGFT on their private channel and informing them about SKV locations and actions is rightfully considered a TGFT spy and acting against interests of SKV.
As TGFT is very well known for their attempts to rule the universe through the use of their spy software (TGFT utilities plug-in), anyone found spying for TGFT will always be eliminated with extreme prejudice.
You are now complaining how your own actions led to your demise. Bravo.
Your view on the complete situation is one sided and biased towards TGFT, a guild which you belong to and spy for, and completely irrespective of the true facts.

ClaranceC, I should clarify. I was not so much trying to insult Wing0, just the ridiculousness of his arguments. The Serco/Itani economies are implied if not actually represented by a game mechanic. Hence I said I could not converse on the same level of stupid. I was tired, and wanted to explain the RP vs Game mechanics as Rin did in a following post, but could not find the words (or effort) needed to sum it up that well. I care not if someone is a newb (as opposed to noob) or a vet, if I feel their argument is stupid, I will say so. I did so, albeit poorly. Wing0's argument regarding the lack of a game mechanic WAS stupid.
Also, Bojan, I have to disagree with you here too. All numbered channels are public. Just because TGFT have nominated a channel that they use doesn't make it a private channel. I could say channel X is the official Blargian channel too, but its still just a numbered public channel.

So, I should have assumed, that the whole of SKV are having fascinating delusions of being Itani Heroes who kill Itani players with low Itani rankings, because in their delusions, low Itani rankings mean helping the enemy.
Alas, I was having a Sherlock Holmes Fantasy, and assumptions take no part in a detective's role !
