Tumble, this is getting boring.
I may not understand the pic correctly. It looks like I died to liu_xing_chui sometime on or before Sun 02:23AM, in sector Bractus E-2.
But when I check the news reports in the game, item:
02/22/43 13:00:334 The Bounty Hunter's Report
It says that I collected a bounty on "liu Xing chui" in sector Bractus E-2.
I die a lot, and I may have died, but the pick does not show that she died. How did I collect this bounty?
And in closing, as a point of curiosity, did lui really die to Danielturtle, or is this a typo?

Bounties are collected the instant you kill someone with a bounty.
Lol liu xing chui fails the RP composure test
@Won'ear: Maybe the images are doctored, or the list doesn't work and should not be trusted.

Look at the timestamps you posted. What probably happened is she killed you early on and took the screenshot, and then sometime later after the screenshot was made, you came back and got revenge and the bounty.
A less likely possibility is that you killed her first, then she restarted her client, and then she killed you back. The client doesn't keep the kill logs across multiple sessions, so the screenshot wouldn't have included her death in that case.

Liu, you say that you play with a tablet, yet I see a cursor in some of those screenshots. Do explain.
There is an exciting technology that has been developed recently. It's called the Universal Serial Bus. Some especially advanced pieces of technology incorporate these buses in order to enable modular peripheral support, permitting the functionality of relatively simple devices to be greatly expanded with aftermarket addons.
If that wasn't enough to get your heart beating, wait until I tell you about IEEE 802.15.1, which is a standard for short-range data exchange over UHF radio waves in the ISM band. Through the careful harnessing of electromagnetic radiation in this manner, functionality-expanding peripherals may be utilized without the need for physical connectivity at all!

You can hook keyboards, mouse, joystick, gamepad to some tablets. Playing with these peripherals is not like the limitations of the standard mobile touch-screen experience. We need a word for a tablet that plays VO like a pc.
Actually, my understanding is that mouse support (at least for android tablets) doesn't quite work right for actual flight. It would make using the pda more pleasant, but I think the bug was that when trying to use it to fly, it hits the edge of the screen and stops?
Joysticks and controllers, on the other hand, work fine.

No....
Jus' no -.-

As I boomed in the NFZ a bit of shrapnel hit the 4% due to station guards Liu.
You See Ive never gotten killed by the jolly roger, it is likely they cannot find a BLAK member even.....

Yeah, the Android OS doesn't let apps capture the mouse cursor like the PC platforms do, so you can't use it to steer the ship. Whether a mouse makes the PDA more pleasant is debatable...

All the images she? posts are doctored. We knew that already. Let the thread die. Jeez.
You mean because of this?
You are only partially correct about how the sorting by name works. Since names in VO are permitted to have symbols instead of just letters, it sorts by ASCII codes. If you look at an ASCII table, you'll see that a variety of symbols come first, then numbers, then more symbols, then the capital letters, then yet more symbols (including square brackets), then the lowercase letters, and finally one last batch of symbols.
Liu's screenshot is consistent with this -- [MOO] Psychotropic Space Cow's entry starts with a [ and was therefor placed after the capital letters and before the lowercase letters. The only evidence it may be doctored is the word of Space Cows, Inc.
