B: The BLF is giving them fair warning.
C: The founder of the guild is given all the options the BLF gives any potential ally or enemy.
D: He is kindly (in the Serco sense of the term) warned about committing any crime against Bractus or the Serco.

as to the nature of our alliances, we have none. It seems that the concept of complete neutrality is lost on some people. You can demand we cease all trade with any nation and we will ignore you since neutrality implies we are not leaning one way or the next. If there is a battle going on, we go around it. If Home Depot told Walmart that because some of its customers/employees did business with Lowes, that they would burn Walmart to the ground because anyone who shopped at Lowes was evil, I have a feeling that Walmart would shove it's foot up HD's ass.

well we can damn sure try. Neutrality is pointless if no one tries. As it is, since PTU in not in Bractus, Bractus has no business demanding PTU dance to its tune. PTU is being founded by the UIT Faction and should not be considered Serco nor Itani. PTU will not try to take over Bractus in anyway shape or form, thusly, Bractus can stop trying to F@%k PTU in the A$$ with out having the Goddamn courtesy of a reach around.

Let's say I trade with both QuikServ and LaborCo, who are rival companies. I make sure to do everything equally. So I'm neutral, right? But wait. What if I tell you that both QuikServ and LaborCo are enslaving some minority? Am I being neutral to the slaves, or am I instead helping to support their slavery? Maybe I also trade with SuperCorp, who "supports" the freedom of the slaves on paper, but doesn't really use any of it's very considerable might to do anything for them. I'm neutral now, right?

Okay, how about if I trade with the rebel force as well. Now I'm neutral? But how much trade am I actually able to do with them, vs. how much I do with the others? Does each credit's worth of trade have the same impact to everybody? Do I judge the neutrality by making the raw numbers equal, or do I need to consider the relative help my business provides instead? If I trade 100cu with the rebels and 500cu with the oppressors, but the rebels really need even that tiny trade to survive whereas the oppressors hardly even notice my trade with them, am I pro, anti, or neutral? And would all parties agree with that assessment?

If you are going to play the neutral card, these are the kinds of things you will need to consider.
