Oke guys this is just a general event idea, has not been worked out perfectly yet but want some input,

So there will be 2 "teams"

Team 1 is a fox a single person, trying to not get killed, how has a "semi set" route to travel.

Team 2 the hunters these people are going to look around for the fox, the goal for them is to find the fox and kill him.

The rules:

1. A fox is allowed to switch ships, not allowed to switch account, the fox is allowed to run kill or do w/e to escape the hunters.

2. the hunters all start from a central point and there goal should be to lock the fox in a sector and shoot him down.

3. the hunters are not allowed to repair / go into station sectors. ( to make the life of the fox some what more easy ).

the selection of ships might get more limited for the fox as things move on or for the hunters, as I'm not sure how balance may work out.

if the Fox makes it to the last sector ( having to fly past predefined checkpoints ), the fox's wins and walks away with the price money if the fox is killed the hunters win and the killer will get the price money.

Would love to get some input on this can it work etc ?

The route for the Fox will be know be all party's ( well the stations the fox has to pass ) ( no go zone for the hunters ).

Tracking the people involved / All the hunters will join a group and i will in include the hunters host account in here and same is done for the Fox only using the Fox host account.

Would love to get some input on this concept.

Most likely if i run it it will be a monthly event ( as I'm way to lazy to collect price money every week )

Deathzor, you can try whatever you want, but no guarantee this will be interesting. To be honest I play "fox hunt" every day, so... xDDD E.g. try to reveal your XC location to THC or other pirates and your death will be pretty quick.

Actually, no need in event, just put a message on 100: "I give 1M to anyone who'll pop me" and there'll be some kind of action.

Pirren, theres plenty of bad things to say about Nahin without having to result to racial slurs. You're not only going to lose your support from other players (including those that don't like Lor), but are also on the rapid road to banning.

Pirren, Americans tend to be especially hostile to anti-black racism because we took it to such an extreme in the not very distant past. There are still people alive today from the days of segregation, and there are still a number of real racists out there. Not just "trololo I made a mean joke" racists, but people who actually believe that African Americans are inferior, naturally stupid and evil people, and should be dealt with. We might have a black president, but the African American race as a whole has not finished recovering from the hundreds of years of slavery and decades of discrimination yet. Plus, a lot of us white people are pretty pissed at or ashamed of our ancestors for being evil. So it's kind of a sore spot with us.

But yeah, it's kind of silly watching people on 100 sometimes. People will make sexual comments about each other's mothers, and nobody cares. Then somebody pops up and casually says "nigger", and everybody wigs out, gets on their high horses, and starts expounding about how we are a virtuous community and we look down on such ugly words. Like I said, we have a sore spot.

EDIT: Also, insulting a person by calling him an idiot just insults that person. Using a race as an insult insults the entire race.

The idea is interesting, but the OP hasn't heard of the Deneb Run. If he had, well... -
once the pirates decided to ambush the racers, it was just like that; except there were multiple foxes.

So, the OP is a variation on the Deneb Run.
