Major Nations Move Border Defense Turrets out of Greyspace
I saw this on the news nets this morning.
In what is being billed as a "multi-lateral de-militarization of unaligned space", all three nations have agreed to move their border defense turrets out of greyspace. Peace advocates and greyspace independence groups alike have hailed this as a major step in the right direction. Rodon Tudalis, a UIT strike force captain, also agrees with the move, saying that it will "simplify the protection of UIT borders"...
Blah blah blah. I think it's abundantly clear that the real reason for the moves is the fact that it was getting awfully expensive for national powers to maintain their presence in space that doesn't belong to them. The combination of suicide attacks from grey independence groups and concerted military forays by Corvus forces were putting a serious drain on nationalist bankrolls. I'm glad to see them out of my grey though.

I am expecting it to be suicide military forays from Corvus as well:) They were after all moved voluntarily. Happy to see that my turrets are being pulled out of your grey;)
