Syndicate: Paid Traders Daily List
Note: I know a lot of you are thinking "OMFG SYNDICATE'S DEAD NOW, STFU" but that is not the Syndicate I refer to (kind of is, but whatever). If you read the backstory of Corvus, the Syndicate is the universal fraternity of pirates (which in-game is usual the offspring of BLAK (CHRN, CLM, (ex-)Syn, etc) or any pirate claiming affiliation with the Corvus faction).
Anyways, I'm making this thread for pirates who like to make deals of limited time periods of safety from themselves and other Syndicate pirates for traders who pay and also so smart-ass traders don't try to tell us that they've already paid a Syndicate pirate when they haven't.
Directions: Simply check this list every time before you come online (you don't have to follow it, but it may help if a trader makes false claims or some-such) to hunt and when you leave, jump on this thread and tell us who you caught, how much they paid, and how long it's good for.
Example:
Player 1 - paid 250,000cr - good for the rest of the day, but if you catch him in a class of trade ship with more cargo space than a taur, feel free to charge him extra
Player 2 - paid 7,000,000cr - good for the rest of the week
Player 3 - paid #cr - good for x time
Also: if any traders don't want to be reported on this forum for fright of a spanking from "The Man", just tell us in-game when you pay and we will try to refrain from humiliating you.
Good hunting!

As much as I like the idea of pirates essentially self-limiting their prey, how exactly is it that any pirates will be bound to this?
Not to spoil the reputation of true pirates, but there's a lot of pseudo-pirates and griefers who wear the title.
Perhaps a list of contributing members to your "Syndicate" way of thinking would assist traders in feeling more comfortable about slowing down and actually paying your toll, because I know that a lot believe they will die either way, and just as soon as take the death before payment.

I think better than this would be to have a plug-in that tracks these. Course the plug-in would have to be connected to some kind of database.
It's a bit of a hassle if you have to hop OUT of game to see who the most recent off-limits players are

That's a really nifty idea, shape.
A plug-in would have the added bonus of preserving customer confidentiality, which is important for, say, certain tgft higher-ups who like to tell noobs "NEVER PAY PIERATS, TAKE DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR" and then turn around and pay me when I catch them.
I think another CHRN pluggy is in order.
