Midweek Nation War #109
Midweek Nation War #109 • May 13th, 2009
First, thanks to everyone for the turnout, it was better than expected, and I was really glad to see people show up in spite of reservations. I know it's a tradition for many of you, and I'm hoping that continues and expands. Special thanks to Seragyn for the extra effort, much appreciated bud:)
The Teams:
Serco: Aelius Sejanus, Blitzkrieg Bob, Greben, Keria Willennium, Lars Marona, Seragyn, Solra Bizna.
Itanis: Ataer, Ishatis Bessuni, Morgan West, Nannu.
UIT: Blech, Boran Mur, Breazle, Mick, Gerty.
A lively struggle all around, with a breathtaking closer as Morgan West held off three brutish UIT for far longer than we'd like to admit. Win for UIT, with the surviving members being Breazle, Mick, and yours truly. We'll spend it all on booze, and cheers to ye!
This Nation War was funded on contributions by viewers like you. My goal in hosting NW was to show that VO events aren't a matter of who's in which guild, or buddies with who, or who has the cash to offer prizes, rather that the effort is worth something in itself. VO is a rare thing in that regard, I'm glad I found it.
Also, profuse apologies if I missed anyone in any case, I'm still getting the hang.
Gerty
