THE NINETEENTH TUBE RACE

RULES

1) Ships allowed: any stock Centurion or Vulture up to and including MkIII.
2) Weaponry allowed: any non-ammo.
3) Tube Race consists of ten separate races total you are awarded points for each track, if you die you may still continue to race in next race.
We race twice at the following tracks:
B-5, D-5, E-5, F-5, H-5
4) Everyone starts at the same time after countdown.
5) Winner: each one of the ten races awards points to pilots. Pilot standing is totalled at the end of the ten races.
6) Points: from 1st place down, 10, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1. Arriving seventh or later, dying, being killed, or ending out of the tubes yield 0 (zero) points.
7) Prizes: As of today prizes are going up! 16 million total!
8mil for 1st, 4mil for 2nd, 2 for 3rd.
8) Please remember to set your home station in Sedina or close to it as you might die during event.

Sorry, i logged on some time after the scheduled time and didn't really feel much like hosting
so after asking if anyone wants to race and getting no answer i just logged off...

Ok then, if you want friday TR to continue SAY SO HERE.
I mean it.

For now there WILL BE a Friday race next week. But i'm expecting to get some response in this thread. Please.

In any case Sunday race is going to happen of course.

I can't race tomorrow though, such is life ...

Mecha was having some odd problems with lag and low fps, i also noticed this once.

TR #20 will be on Friday 2100GMT
TR #21 Sunday 1900GMT

So mick are you getting more ppl on sunday or on fridays?

I think you should pick a time and have it then. But i suggest after not before the nation war on sunday. I think more ppl will show up.

I'm getting more on sunday.
And i did intend to pick one time but until now no one bothered to say which one they prefer...

For now i'm keeping both times, if one will consistently get no racers i'll get rid of it.

Also i set it before NW since after would be rather late for me and i had to get up early on Monday.
Tho things have changed and i could run it after NW.
But that'd mean most europeans would prolly not be able to participate, so unless people specifically state they want it late, i'll keep it as is.
