If any guild would like to back the project with some funding, it would go a long way to helping complete the project. The brunt of the work involved is simply repeatedly measuring distances, something that any hired tester can do. And of course, that guild would receive special credit for the completed version of the autopilot. All for the sake of cultural advancement.
