Took a while to take down Mick, but I am sure that the Nation War would have been fine, and that even under the current server stress the nation war, although small, still worked and was NOT a lag fest.

I was right, screw you yoda!

This was the week to get the event number wrong, so chill :P

Could the small turnout be attributed to the fact that you held the event covertly? It would appear there where a number of people that did not know there was a nation war until it was already over.

Not really. When i logged in some 10 minutes before scheduled time, people were talking NW is cancelled becouse of server breakage/lag/etc.
After quick test i decided it is in fact fightable, so i announced that NW will take place at 20:30GMT, and kept reminding people about it.
Small turnout may be attributed to the fact that people who came only for the war heard it's not taking place and logged off.
By the time i said it is, they were most likely already gone.
Also for some people sectors weren't loading and they couldn't come.
And if someone logs on after original scheduled time... then, well, he wouldn't have made it anyway.

The small turnout was because the people who came on early for the war all left due to the lag and server issues including getting stuck in other systems. I announced the war would be cancelled and rescheduled only after most everyone had already left.

I was stuck in Sol II H-13 and couldn't leave, the rest of my guildmates gave up on traveling to sedina and logged off, and from what I heard the same thing was happening for the other guilds who normally attend, so I went with the only prudent course of action at the time and rescheduled the war.

I have a feeling that Omega 0 then perpetuated holding it anyway as soon as I logged off, just to spite my decision.

Non no no.... it's all BLAK's fault.

Yeah, it is BLAK's fault. After all, we are perpetually pulling the strings behind the scenes towards our nefarious endgame.

Hehe Cunjo, I had nothing to do with the War except for taking part. I was on the test server when Mick announced it, and almost decided not to come. I wasn't even the group leader, which is pretty unusual :P

Yep, it's all my fault. At least the fact it happened :)
I didn't know you rescheduled it, and figured that since i logged on i might as well organize it.
