Wait. Lecter *is* a lawyer?

This explains everything.

He's a n00b attorney. There is still hope for him...

I don't care what Lecter and the others say: Ninja-tales kick ASS!

Seriously, you have a consistent style and the story has the right measure of silliness and quirks to keep things interesting. Finish what you started, the story has merit and is entertaining to read, at least to me. Oh, and please, please, PLEASE: do NOT stop referring to the main character as 'teh n!nj@a'.

Too often a beginner writer gets discouraged from too much 'positive criticism'. I say write stuff, toss it out there. You get better by doing. If all goes well, the good Doctor will continue to offer his criticisms and you will get better as you go.

Quote from Dr. Lecter's last post:
I could do the same, but (1) the stereotype surrounding lawyers is more pervasive and surely more negative and (2) by merely dismissing it like a non-social skilled egghead caliper user, you miss the chance to enlighten the guy and others. But what else can I expect, hm?

(hint: this time, I did use some jocularity)

I see your point. I guess we're just wired differently. Add to that the fact that I'm not a law student, and you get entirely different perspectives.

And calipers rule! I dare you to diss 'em!
