The Coalition of Itan's website will be undergoing maintenance beginning at around, oh, NOW and possibly lasting through until the weekend. We're reinstalling mysql and recompiling PHP so hopefully there will be less broken-ness.

it's been up and down recently because of server whoes. some mostly outside the control of our most-generous web admin who's still forking for the cost of it. so we have patience.
