Everyone thus far in this thread with the exception of Ayn has already agreed that my PM response clearly stated that the reasons for your expulsion could be found on the forum, rather than that you were expelled for failing to register on the forum even WITHOUT the lines you specifically excluded - it was clear enough even without the context. Furthermore, many have already pointed out that your "proof" of "logs" was edited, and sloppily at that, which would indicate that it really doesn't prove anything at all, and that you were caught red-handed trying to edit out choice parts. Who do you think people are inclined to agree with here? Do you really want me to get a developer to post ABSOLUTE WORD from the logs they maintain? It would prove not only that I am telling the truth, but that you are lying through your teeth, and lying about lying on top of that. Intentionally falsifying logs is FAR more "lame" than reciting them correctly from memory - just ask anyone here.
Moving on, you don't seem to comprehend the difference between the word "swarm" and "spam," and you use them interchangeably. Allow me to explain basic VO vocabulary to you, since English vocabulary is probably too much. Both "swarm" and "spam" have very clear and different definitions. For one, swarms are not against SCAR's policy, but spam is. Swarms are a weapon, while spam is a tactic. Spamming is you holding down the fire button of your gemini missiles without aiming until the tube is empty. Then you did something we call "running", which is pointing your ship the other way and holding turbo until you can jump out and "reload" your missiles for another pass of "spam". Both "running" and "spamming" are against SCAR policy, hence you were expelled.
Also you seem to not understand the concept of time, so allow me to explain something else to you. When something happens, and then later another thing happens, the second thing is said to happen "after" the first. For example, Annihilat0r chased you away from the station with swarm spam "after" you had spent several minutes "spamming" and "running". Since the decision-making process is not retroactive (you cannot decide to "spam" and "run" in response to something that happens "after" you make the decision), you cannot use the retaliatory strike against your "spamming" and "running" for justification of those actions.
As I already pointed out multiple times in this thread, you were not only spamming and running without provocation, but being obnoxious on top of it. You broke not only the first and second rules of engagement of SCAR, but you broke the most important one of all "Foremost, you should fight with honor and respect your opponents, such that they will learn to respect you."
I heard from multiple people that night, and none of them had any respect for the way you were fighting.
Also as already stated by both me and some other players in this thread, Annihilat0r is not a member of SCAR, and as such is not held to SCAR's standards. What are we going to do about it? expel him from SCAR too? he's not IN SCAR. And for the record, he spammed you with missiles outside the station twice, and once in B8 to interrupt your promjocking. While these would be considered against SCAR policy (were he IN SCAR, which he isn't), they're far less severe offenses than running away from every fight (that would be grounds for execution in some cultures similar to the Serco by the way)
Finally, you really need to learn to count - you killed me once (that's represented as "1 time", by the way, and it happens to be exactly half of "2 times", which is how many times I killed you). Maybe the confusion is stemming from the fact than you ran away from me each time you spammed me. You may not be able to see me while you're turning your tail and running, but that doesn't mean I'm not still there. I actually waited outside the station for you without going in to repair as you ran out, repaired, rearmed and returned to spam again. I almost killed you three times throughout that ordeal before you got lucky and killed me. But that's okay, since each time you repaired that prom, it cost you more than it would to buy a new one, and far more than it cost to replace my rocket/gauss centaur. I found that quite satisfying.
Your lies about how I killed you are also quite amusing, especially how they change from one of your posts to the next. Did you know that the developers also record all data pertaining to who killed who and with what? It's all there in their database... what you were flying, what I was flying, even the fact that I was carrying flares and a neutron II on my maud the first time I popped your prom, and that I hit you with AGT and flares later when I did it in a rag. I find it hilarious that you seem to think you can pull such BS out of your ass and have everyone believe it without a single shred of supporting evidence... and what's more funny still, is that you seem to want people to believe that I killed you with swarms... you WANT people to think you're so dumb and incompetent that you'd die to swarms, not once but twice. The only explaination is that you ARE so dumb and incompetent that you consider swarms a real threat. Nevertheless, the burden of proof is on you, and you fail at that. Of course, if you really want proof of who killed who and with what, feel free to ask the devs to post their version, though I'm afraid you'd be disappointed; you're clearly in denial.

Secondly the definition of spamming per Wikipedia V/O: Spammer A person who shoots large amounts of homing missiles in the hope that one or more might hit. Common platforms for Missile Spamming are the Ragnarok and the Hornet using Gems and/or Swarms.
Cunjo flares dont group in numbers of 8 nor do gems. Why is this relevant because your sad defense is that you used flares. Ayn saw directly what you were using in b8.
I guess when you leave V/O for some time and come back you can get confused as to what is a swarm and what is a spam.

As for running you still don't comprehend the supposed rules you wrote. (C) when the opposing side is employing clearly dishonorable tactics such as missile spamming. Each time at the station you used swarm missles including the sad attempt to station swarm while I was docking. Just for you I will explain what happens when you engage in combat just outside of a station
what happens: A Strike force appears. Do players leave sectors when strike force appears? Yes, does that make them runners no. The definition of a runner who spams you almost had it right. But it goes more like this: A person who fires a large amt of missles hoping that 1 will hit (1 gem port and 1 flare port cannot do this} and then warps out of the sector. Secondly the platform utilized for this can be a marauder, ragnarok, centaur or a hornett. Third gems group in 2s and flares only come in 1. Your attack and volleys came in 8's.
I guess your strategy is to stay and take on strike force while fighting someone. You are completely absurd with how "YOU" define running and spamming --per your defintion everyone who gets chased by a strike force is a runner which is laughable when you ran from the station yourself several times. Why would you want someone to stay because you need help with the killing. Its much easier after you fail to kill your opponent swarming/spamming as they warp into d14 and they respond to utlize the strike force for an advantage.
Don't try to justify your sad attempt at cheap pk's.
When you were pvp with no hands I had to bail you out several times so the bot pirates wouldn't get a cheap kill. Its sad when an egotistical player loses his edge and needs an alt to station swarm and gank to make himself feel better. Also when you get killed several times at the station after you attempt to swarm and fail, you dont gank a 1 v 1 pvp with the excuse that the prior spamming justified it. Since only you were swarming and spamming and this all began in latos o12 and corvus d14.
Your story keeps changing concerning the complaints as well.

The vo-wiki isn't the be-all and the end-all. Spamming can refer to energy-, rocket- or missile-spamming.

Basically that meant: if you happen to shoot him down in a fair fight to say 10% and he can see he will lose the fight in a matter of secs., then he will swarm you at close range.

PS - The Prom is unbalanced. It should be changed without notice since it's an obvious exploit used by many players. The Devs know womething's wrong but it keeps staying anyway!

it's the best heavy ship as "Valkyries" the best interceptor.
People whine because they do not have skill to beat the SCP in a duel in their medium-light ships (valkyries).
But "Prometheus" has a restricted use.
it is fat, heavy and slow.
